Stevie Ray Vaughan used to have this laminated article from a Texas newspaper reporting that a black man had been shot while walking through a white neighborhood, one day he pulled it out and said, "Hey Irate, read this!" I read it then asked if he knew the victim, "No." The shooter? "No." Then why do u save this artiicle? "Read it again!" I did but was still baffled, what's the point, "It says the POlice is investigating!"
